Term 4 Week 2 : Stress

Hi Everyone,
As the SA2 approaches, it is normal to be a little anxious. Hence, I know that some of you may feel a little stress. This week, I would like you to reflect on ‘stress’ and how it affects you. In your reflection, you might want to use some of the questions to help you:

1. What is ‘stress’? Give an example to show that you understand what ‘stress’ is.
2. What do you think are the causes of stress?
3. Are you or have you felt stressed ?
4. What made you feel stressed?
5. How do you cope with stress?
6. How can the teachers or school help in relieving your stress?
7. What message would you tell you friends about stress?
